Sticks vs. Machine: The Amazon Factory and Industrial Knitting

Join us at the Muskegon Museum of Business and Industry as we explore the process of knitting and how it was industrialized.  Try your hand at knitting the traditional way with needles and then check out some amazing knitting machines.  These are the home versions of what would have been in the Amazon Knitting Company Factory.  This is an open house style program feel free to drop in anytime that we are open.  We will also talk a bit about home knitting for the war effort during WWI and WWII.   

Adults:13 and over $5,  Kids: 0-12 Free
