Brunswick

Brunswick

Brunswick began manufacturing billiard balls and tables, bowling balls, pins, and lanes in Muskegon in 1906. The first fully automatic bowling pinsetter was introduced in 1957 and quickly became very popular. Museum docents will demonstrate the operating 1961 pinsetter in the exhibit. Brunswick is a diverse company and made many other products including tires, phonographs, records, and sporting equipment. A number of these items can be seen in the museum.
