Visit the Queen Anne style Victorian homes of Muskegon Lumber Barons Charles Hackley and Thomas Hume. The Hackley House, interpreted to 1890, shows what life was like for one of Muskegon’s most well-known citizens. The Hume House, interpreted to 1920, shows the life of a wealthy family after the lumbering era. Inside The City Barn, you’ll find more exhibit space as well as a gift shop.
