The Woodville Queen is a locally built, wood fired steam launch. The vertical boiler, single cylinder steam engine and pump were handcrafted in Norton Shores and installed in a salvaged steel hull lifeboat. Longtime MHMBI volunteer Adam Winters is the current caretaker, captain, and engineer. She can be seen steaming on the Grand River, Mona Lake, or Muskegon Lake on sunny summer afternoons.
