You are invited to join a special Play and Learn program at the Muskegon Museum of History & Science on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.

These “Little Learners” events are for families with children ages 0-4.
“Little Learners” is a free literacy-based program for Muskegon County infants and toddlers ages 0-4. During this program, participants will be invited to join us for storytime and free play with themed activities. Registration via Eventbrite is required but there is no charge for this program. All attendees must register including caregivers & siblings.

This program will run for 50-60 minutes — 15-20 for an organized storytime and the rest for free play and a craft. During this program, adults and children will have fun learning through songs, stories, sensory stations, motor skills stations, art, and more!
We will spend some time outside, weather permitting. Our theme for this summer will be Beaches.
Note—For our Beach theme, we welcome bathing suits and water shoes as some of our activities might cause our little learners to get wet.
We will have a free book for families to take home, as well as special crafts and activities to do.
This program is free. If after the program you would like to visit the museum galleries, the admission is free for Muskegon County residents and museum members and $5 for non-residents ages 3 and older.
