Join us for this spring speaker series with museum staff that explores different topics from Muskegon’s industrial past.
4/18: Muskegon’s Industrial Heritage
Muskegon County has had a unique ability to make and remake itself over the generations. Our one time lumber boomtown has been a maker of many things from furniture to aerospace components. Join us to learn about the transformation and look at the origins of some of the most recognizable of Muskegon’s industries.
Join us as we look at a local industry that helped build our community. Emens Brick was located in Holton and their products found their way into buildings like the Amazon as well as other homes and buildings across the Muskegon County and the state. Join us as we take a look at the history of this company.
This is a free event.
