Invasive Plants – Why Should YOU Care?

June 11, 2015 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Invasive plants cause permanent damage to ecosystems by excluding native plant species, destroying wildlife habitat, damaging soils, and changing water flow patterns.  The West Michigan Cluster of The Stewardship Network is the sponsor of this free workshop.  Learn why you should care about invasive plants, how to identify them, how to report sightings, and how the Muskegon Conservation District Invasive Plant Strike Team can assist with removal of invasive plant species on this property.
