City Barn Exhibit Room Rental

Rental Availability:

November – April – 9 am – 4 pm Monday – Friday

May, June, October, September – 9 am – 4 pm Tuesday and Wednesday

Weekdays:

3 hours – $125

5 hours – $175

Additional (open) hours – $30/hour

Saturdays:
November – April

3 hours – $475

Additional hours – $75/hour

*All Saturday rentals are considered After Hours as reflected in the rental rate. All Saturday rentals are subject to the availability of LMC Staff.

Non-profit:

During business hours, nonprofit organizations may reserve an LMC rental space twice per year free of charge. Additional rentals will be discounted 50%. *Discount does NOT apply to after hours rate.

City Barn Rentals outside listed hours have limited availability and an additional After-Hours fee of $300.

Tables & Chairs: 40 guests

Auditorium Style (Chairs only): 50 guests

Maximum Capacity: 50 guests
