This talk will focus on the importance of pollinators and pollinator gardens, and what you can do to preserve and create landscapes that benefit bees, butterflies, birds, bats and other pollinators across Michigan.
Speaker Chad Hipshier is the District Manager for the Muskegon Conservation District who manages a variety of different natural resource restoration projects. The Conservation District is a local unit of state government that operates and functions similar to a non-profit organization (including funding). The District’s staff of five work to preserve, manage and care for Muskegon County’s natural resources.
