DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join a special Play and Learn program at the Lakeshore Museum Center on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. \n“Little Learners” is a free literacy-based program for Muskegon County infants and toddlers ages 0-4.  Adults and children will learn through songs\, stories\, sensory stations\, motor skills stations\, art and more\, all with a STEAM (Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Art and Math) theme! \nEvery two months we will feature a new theme and book for participants to take home for free!\n \nMay/June: Plants \n  \nTo reserve a spot please contact Jackie at 231-724-5526 or jackie@lakeshoremuseum.org \nFree for Muskegon County residents and museum members\, just $3 for non-residents ages 3 and older.\nSupported by a grant from the MAISD and Great Start program.

SUMMARY:Hackley & Hume Historic Sites Open for the Season
DESCRIPTION:During touring season\, we are open for tours that will be starting every 20 minutes. Tours at the Hackley and Hume Historic Site usually take about an hour. The tickets are sold in the City Barn (Carriage House) at the Hackley and Hume Historic Site. With a purchased ticket\, visitors will enjoy a classic Hackley and Hume tour at the site\, the Scolnik House of the Depression Era\, and the Fire Barn Museum. With a combo ticket\, visitors will also have access to the Main Museum Center. During the season we also schedule school tours\, group tours\, accommodate the Pearl Mist and other cruise line passengers. \nTickets:\nAdults $10\nSeniors $8\nKids 2-12 -$5 \nNo registration required. Visitors are welcomed to walk-in during open hours. Tours leave the City Barn(carriage house) every 20 minutes and leave in groups of 10 or less. The last tour leaves at 4:00 pm.

We’ve switched up the challenges and past teams are welcome to compete! \nPrizes will be awarded for 1st\, 2nd and 3rd place. \nJoin us for light hors d’oeuvres (included in price of ticket) and a cash bar at 6pm; then get ready to see how you stack up against the competition! \nNo team\, no problem?
