DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join a special Play and Learn program at the Lakeshore Museum Center on the second and fourth Thursday\, as well as the third Saturday of each month. \n“Little Learners” is a free literacy-based program for Muskegon County infants and toddlers ages 0-4.  During this program participants will be invited to join us for story time and free play with themed activities.  Registration via Zeffy is required but there is no charge for this program. SUMMARY:Summer Play & Learn
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join a special Play and Learn program at the Lakeshore Museum Center on the second and fourth Thursday\, as well as the third Saturday of each month. \n“Little Learners” is a free literacy-based program for Muskegon County infants and toddlers ages 0-4.  During this program participants will be invited to join us for story time and free play with themed activities.  Registration via Zeffy is required but there is no charge for this program. All attendees must register including caregivers & siblings. \nThis program will run for 50-60 minutes\, 15-20 for an organized storytime\, and the rest for free play and a craft.  During this program adults and children will have fun learning through songs\, stories\, sensory stations\, motor skills stations\, art and more!  We will spend some time outside weather permitting. \nOur theme for this summer will be: \nWater:  Note – For our water theme we welcome bathing suits and water shoes as some of our activities might cause our little learners to get wet. \nEvent Dates: July 20\, July 25\, August 8\, August 17 & August 22\, 2024 \n10:00 am – 11:00 am \nWe will have a free book for families to take home as well as special crafts and activities to do. \nRegister here: https://www.zeffy.com/ticketing/a27c57f0-f6d3-43d7-aeff-a0c6b79c59b8 \nFunding for these programs has been provided by the Michigan Arts and Culture Council and National Endowment of the Arts.

Who was planting bombs in downtown Muskegon? What caused a massive lumbering strike and a near deadly confrontation between workers and a mill owner?
