SUMMARY:Little Learners: Play & Learn Summer 2023 - Water
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join a special Play and Learn program at the Lakeshore Museum Center on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.“Little Learners” is a free literacy-based program for Muskegon County infants and toddlers ages 0-4. During this program participants will be invited to join us for story time and free play with themed activities. Registration via Eventbrite is required but there is no charge for this program. \nAll attendees must register including caregivers & siblings. This program will run for 50-60 minutes\, 15-20 for an organized storytime\, and the rest for free play and a craft. During this program adults and children will have fun learning through songs\, stories\, sensory stations\, motor skills stations\, art and more! \nWe will spend some time outside weather permitting. Our theme for this summer will be:Water: Note-For our water theme we welcome bathing suits and water shoes as some of our activities might cause our little learners to get wet.We will have a free book for families to take home as well as special crafts and activities to do. \nThis program is free. If after the program you would like to visit the museum galleries the admission is free for Muskegon County residents and museum members and$5 for non-residents ages 3 and older. \nJuly 13 & 27\nAugust 10 & 24
