Join us for an evening looking back at the history of the Occidental Hotel and share your memories of days gone by. Sample a flight of soups and inspired desserts from the Hotel and Sweet Shop. Offered in partnership with our neighbor\, Occidental Eats. \nTickets are $25. Museum members receive a 10% discount. \nReservations are required and can be made by calling (231) 722-1363. DESCRIPTION:Museums are made up of old things\, but sometimes old things are not safe! The newest exhibit at the Lakeshore Museum Center explores some of the sharpest\, deadliest\, most poisonous\, and scariest artifacts that have been collected over the museum’s 85 years! \nCome explore the strange things that reside in our collection\, such as a shoe x-ray machine\, lead Christmas tinsel\, and toxic kid chemistry set. \nAdmission is free for museum members and Muskegon County residents and $5 for out-of-county visitors. \nDangerous Things exhibit will be showing from May 13 (with the Exhibit Opening Event) to December 29\, 2022.
