SUMMARY:Nature Cat Camp
DESCRIPTION:Our newest exhibit\, Nature Cat: Backyard and Beyond\, is now open. This 2-day camp\, based on the ideas of the PBS show and exhibit\, will teach young campers about being good caretakers of the environment. \nCampers will make bottle birdfeeders and go“birding” in the museum\, they will make musical instruments out of things found in nature\, go on a nature scavenger hunt\, learn about types of clouds\, and much more. DESCRIPTION:Invasive species are non-native plants and organisms that can outcompete native species and disrupt ecosystems.
